Although we have hundreds of parts in stock, some may need to be ordered, which will cause your purchase to arrive later than expected. We will send you an email to ask if you would like a partial shipment if there will be a significant delay before we can ship your order.

Please verify your order as soon as you receive it. Returns are only accepted for store credit, and you have 48 hours to notify us if anything is missing or mishandled.

Shipments that are damaged require you, the recipient, to submit a damage claim to the relevant shipping company. We are unable to submit the claim. The shipping company may wish to investigate the damaged items and the packing, so please keep all packaging materials. We may proceed and fix the problem once the claim has been submitted and the shipping company has informed us.

By reusing boxes and packaging materials whenever possible, Euro Vw Parts Unlimited helps the environment while keeping your shipping costs low. We never buy "peanuts" made of Styrofoam. All of the peanuts used in shipping came from orders that our vendors sent us. We use recycled materials for 95% of our packaging.
